Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Bogey Cartel does not collect or store raw card numbers.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may cancel or refuse orders because of inventory issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other operational reasons.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates. Delays may occur because of inventory, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, weather, address issues, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Limited releases may be marked final sale when disclosed.

Intellectual Property

The Bogey Cartel name, logos, artwork, site content, product names, and brand materials are owned by Bogey Cartel or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

User Submissions

If you submit photos, reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Bogey Cartel permission to review, moderate, and display that content in connection with the brand, subject to applicable law.
